Simplee Delivered was founded in October 2024 to tackle a challenge in the garden furniture industry: bulky deliveries and complex installations. With items often weighing up to 120kg, requiring bolt-down assembly and white glove service, traditional couriers rarely offer a complete end-to-end solution. That’s where we come in.
From the beginning, our mission has been to deliver a reliable, professional, and customer-focused service.
Simplee Delivered was formed by four shareholders and directors, each bringing their own skills and experience to the table. Leading is Arron, our Head of Sales, who brings over 10 years of expertise in the garden and outdoor living industry.
Our strength lies in our people, from our skilled 2-man delivery technicians to our warehouse and operations team, who ensure every delivery is handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism. Thanks to this dedicated team, we’ve scaled quickly and now proudly work with over 30 partner companies across the UK, delivering premium white glove services to their customers.
Our goal is to become one of the UK’s leading 2-man delivery and installation companies, specialising in indoor and outdoor furniture, pergolas, sheds, and other complex builds.
We're also developing a bespoke logistics platform to integrate with our partners' systems, streamlining booking, scheduling, communication, and job tracking in one place.
As we grow, we’re committed to continuous improvement across all departments, refining our processes and enhancing our service.
